The master electrician showed up to complete the job -- install the panel, collect his ladders, and, to his apparent chagrin, talk to Dave about some of the problems Dave had found. Though the electrical part is better (like, all the outlets work), Dave found a few things like an improper ground, and a loose gangbox.

But, most excitingly: Friday: our garage doors arrived and are being installed!!!! Time to schedule the party!


Not painted yet, but they're beautiful. Considering what a major part of the project this was, they came out better than we could have imagined. We're thrilled!
